The singer known for his hit song “Za Zu Ze” was brought before the Ifo Magistrate Court in the Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State by the Ogun State Police Command. He is facing five charges related to accusations of assault and theft.
Following the hearing, he was granted bail upon payment of N300,000 and providing two sureties who each provided a bond of N500,000.
The judge presiding over the case, Aliu Soneye, has scheduled the commencement of the trial for the allegations against the singer to begin on April 26th.
