I’m Africa’s next queen of Afrobeat —Belliyah
Belliyah, the talented Nigerian singer and OAP, has boldly declared herself as the next queen of Afrobeat music. Her incredible vocal strength and capacity to pitch have struck the spirit of her listeners. Born into a family that placed great emphasis on formal education, Belliyah initially dedicated herself to her academics, studying Childhood Education and Economics. However, music remained her passion, and in 2017, she released her first single titled Je Je, which did not make much impact. She later became an OAP, but her yearning to pursue music never subsided. Belliyah was discovered by Tuffgig Music Empire Boss, Hardy Jimbaz, and was taken in by the Tuffgig family, groomed, and given the platform to display her talent to the world. Her current single, “Nobody,” is currently dominating airplays and earning her the recognition she needs to hit the mainstream. She believes she is about to take Afrobeat to another level and become the queen of the genre.
